Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our warehouse.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all accessories included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
